In response to negative feedback from Newegg.com customers in the state of New York, the company has simply decided to stop collecting NYS sales tax for online purchases. Wild. Newegg started applying the tax this year in compliance with a recent New York law, but never really agreed with it. This is why I love Newegg. It is a true marketplace, where the seller and buyer actually talk and listen to eachother.
